Shipping
Nearly all of our products are shipped by UPS Ground with some exceptions. If you want to expedite your shipments, please call us to make special arrangements. Depending on shipping weight the best method will be selected by I'SQ Communications Inc. to deliver your items.

After each shipment is released from our warehouse to UPS, you will be notified by email within 24-48 hours your tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number you can track your shipment at UPS website.
Return
Returns are only accepted within the first 7 days after item(s) delivered. Item(s) has to be in good condition and in original packaging. All items are may only be exchanged for the same item if defective. You are responsible for shipping the defective unit back to us using a traceable shipping service. Please email us before 7 days of receipt for a refund less shipping and 30% restocking fee.
Defective item(s) can only be exchanged for the same make and model if they are received in good condition. You are responsible for shipping the defective unit(s) back to us using a traceable shipping service.
